If anyone would like to join me for a ride this Sunday, I’m heading out around 11:00am for a nice 117km sunny steady spin.
I’ll be hugging the perimeter of the New Forest in a clockwise loop, heading NE first passing Bransgore, Mockbeggar, Woodgreen, Woodfalls, the route will then start to head E/SE passing Nomansland, Newbridge, Bartley, Ashurst, Hythe. Swinging SW, it’s onto Beaulieu where I’ll probably stop for a nice warm coffee and a little rest!
After the short break, I’ll continue, slowly turning W to East Boldre, East End, through Lymington, down to Keyhaven and Milford on Sea, then along the coast road to the finish!
Average pace will be around 29-30km/h or thereabouts, nothing too stressful!
